WHAT IS THE CLAY BOX?

When you sign up for The Clay Box™ , you will receive a box with a fun clay project inside for you and a buddy to make. Your box will contain everything you'll need to create your clay sculpture along with a step by step guide to help you. Then each month another box will arrive at your doorstop with a new clay project for you to create. 

WHAT'S INSIDE THE CLAY BOX?

Each Clay Box is unique and the contents vary month to month. The Clay Box is designed to help you learn all about working with clay and growing your skills as an artist. Every month you will receive a new clay art lesson along with the needed materials, tools and directions to help you to create.

WHEN CAN I ORDER?

Anytime! We ship on the 15th of each month for orders placed by the last day of the previous month.

WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?

Shipments go out on the 15th of each month for orders placed by the last day of the previous month. For example, if you placed an order on December 31st, it will ship out on January 15th. Orders are shipped via USPS. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Every order comes with tracking information. From the time of receiving your shipment notification and tracking number, please allow 3-7 days to receive your order (pending no major weather issues).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSING/INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT THE SHIPPING INFORMATION SUPPLIED TO US IS CORRECT. IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSTAGE FEE TO RESHIP THE RETURNED BOX OR YOU CAN ACCEPT A REFUND MINUS THE SHIPPING COST PAID.

LOSS/DAMAGES

For loss/damage claims, you must notify The Clay Box Shop within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged. Please let us know by emailing us at: littlebuddingartist.com and sending clear photos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and the shipping label. Photos must clearly indicate the identity of the product and should not include any unrelated products in the background as this can be misleading and confusing. Validity of the damaged or missing item(s) will be determined at the discretion of the support team. We cannot guarantee that we will have that specific item(s) in stock, but we will try our best to make it up to you! 

Replacement of Products for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service/delivery service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your membership.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED EACH MONTH?

If you subscribe to a month-to-month plan, you will be charged when you place your first order. From the next month onward, you'll automatically be billed unless you cancel ahead of time. When you order a prepaid plan, you will be charged when you place your order. You won't be charged again until your prepaid period finishes. Prepaid subscriptions renew automatically, so be sure to cancel your subscription if you don't want it to renew!

WHAT ABOUT CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS?

If you are not completely satisfied with The Clay Box, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.

In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the renewal date on the 25th of each month.

If your membership has already renewed and you would like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 1st of the shipping month to be eligible for a refund. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH'S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.

This subscription is a surprise box. If you do not like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to family and friends. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you do not receive another shipment that is not a good fit for you. If you would like to cancel, let us know immediately. Doing so will cancel your subscription but not your current shipment. Prepaid plans (3-month, 6-month and 1-year) can be cancelled before they renew for another term from your account page. However, they cannot be refunded unless you email us asking for a refund before your first shipment.

CAN I GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION?

Absolutely! The Clay Box subscriptions make wonderful gifts to any Budding Artist.  

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
