Q. When will my box ship?
Shipments go out on the 15th of each month for orders placed by the last day of the previous month. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your box is on its way.
Q. When will I be charged each month?
If you subscribe to a month-to-month plan, you will be charged when you place your first order. From the next month onward, you will automatically be billed unless you cancel ahead of time. When you order a prepaid plan, you will be charged when you place your order. You will not be charged again until your prepaid period finishes. Prepaid subscriptions renew automatically, so be sure to cancel your subscription if you do not want it to renew.
Q. What happens at the end of a prepaid subscription?
If you have purchased a gift subscription the subscription will just end. If you have a recurring subscription it will renew on the 11th of the month.
Q. How do I update my payment information and mailing address?
You can log into your account on our website and update all your information by editing your account.
Q. Can I pause my subscription if I get backed up with boxes?
Yes. Simply log into your account and go to "Edit" below your name and then click "Skip Next Renewal".
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply log into your account and cancel. You must cancel before the 11th of the month.
Q. How many children does one box work for?
Each box has enough supplies to create two clay sculptures or can be shared between two people.
Q. What ages is this box suitable for?
Ages 6 and up.
Q. Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely The Clay Box subscriptions make wonderful gifts to any Little Budding Artist.
Q. How do I send a box as a gift?
You can subscribe for a prepaid plan and select “This is a gift” at checkout.
Q. Can I leave a gift message?
Yes, when you select "Give as a Gift" there is a field to leave a gift message.
Q. Can I return my box?
We do not accept returns. However, we strive to put together the best boxes possible for you and your family. If you have feedback or suggestions to make it better please send us an email.
